Sub-processors

Last updated: March 25, 2025

At Audiorista, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and security. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we ensure that any third-party service providers (sub-processors) that process personal data on our behalf do so under strict contractual obligations that uphold our data protection standards.

What is a Sub-processor?

A sub-processor is a third-party service provider engaged by Audiorista to process personal data as part of delivering our services. These sub-processors may access certain types of personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling specific operational or technical functions.

Our Approach to Data Protection

We carefully evaluate all sub-processors for their data protection policies, practices, and compliance with applicable legislation, including the GDPR. Each sub-processor is contractually bound to:

  • Process data solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted service
  • Implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data
  • Assist in fulfilling data subject rights under the GDPR
